Shipping Policy

*Note all prices laid out here are in Canadian Dollars.

All mail is shipped from Toronto, Canada, and will be shipped through one of the following options:

  • Untracked Letter Mail 
  • Tracked Mail

Delivery Estimates Once Orders are Shipped

  • For Canadian orders: anywhere from 4-21 business days
  • For U.S orders: anywhere from 4-28 business days
  • For international orders: these vary a LOT and could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months 

*please note - these are estimated times! The actual delivery times will depend on multiple factors like method of shipping (tracked or untracked), your location, postal services, and any delays out of my control.

Details on Shipping Methods

UNTRACKED

  • Automatically selected for FLAT mail (stickers & sticker sheets) 
  • Starts at $1-3 for Canada & U.S, for International orders $4+
  • This mail will ship via a regular stamp and will have NO TRACKING. Both the customer and I will have no way of tracking the order until it arrives. Please refrain from emailing me about the tracking on untracked lettermail!
  • There are no refunds/returns for untracked mail, but please reach out if your order has not arrived for over a month.

TRACKED

  • Automatically applies to all NON-FLAT mail (bags, coasters, apparel etc.)
  • Starts at $13 for Canadian orders and $9 for U.S orders 
  • Free Tracked shipping for orders over $100CAD - use code "FREESHIP100" at checkout!
  • Tracking number is provided upon shipment - ships via ChitChats or UPS
  • No returns, but it is possible to receive replacements or refunds (minus shipping cost) if mail is considered lost (check criteria below)

LOST MAIL?
Mail is considered lost if:

  • untracked: mail has not arrived in over 1+ month (domestic) or over 3+ months (international) 
  • tracking info has not been updated in over 3+ months (*differs on location)
  • tracking info shows lost or un-trackable

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS? ✿

  • If you put in incorrect shipping information upon checkout but have not received an email from me that your order has shipped - please send me an email right away with your correct address info and I will change it for you!
  • If your order has already shipped with the wrong address - depending on the size and types of items in the order, I may or may not be able to send you a replacement. Please email me with details so we can discuss this further! 
  • In most cases, I am able to resend your mail to the right address, but the customer is responsible for re-paying the shipping fee. Please note that this will not be granted twice. 

Please do not send emails or messages regarding shipping updates if you did not choose tracked shipping as I have no control or knowledge over letter mail once it has been shipped by me. The best I can provide will be the shipping estimates stated above.

By purchasing from our store, you understand and accept that:

  • We are not liable for mail once it has been shipped and handed to the courier
  • Any import/duty/taxes applied upon delivery to certain countries is the buyer's responsibility
  • Significant delays are possible due to many restrictions/issues that are being experienced worldwide. We are not in control of or are responsible for any delays once a package has shipped. Please be mindful of this before ordering!

Refund Policy


Sorry! Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. However, if there's an issue with your order please don't hesitate to reach out through
 email or Instagram DM.

Refunds

Refunds are not possible once an item has been shipped, unless the mail is considered lost. 
Refunds are only possible on orders shipped with tracking if your order shows as "lost" or as un-trackable. For more info regarding what qualifies as lost mail, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
